Using URLClimb
URLClimb is a public leaderboard for websites. Submitting a URL and boosting are free — anyone may take part anonymously. Optional paid features (Membership and Boost packs) are described below. We may remove content that is illegal, abusive, or spam.
No guarantee of results
Momentum, rank, and leaderboard position are determined by community activity. We do not guarantee any traffic, ranking, or outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not submit URLs that contain malware, illegal content, or misleading material. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion.
Accounts
Admin accounts are restricted. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Limitation of liability
URLClimb is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Paid services
URLClimb offers optional paid services: a recurring Membership (monthly or annual) and one-off Boost packs. Prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Paid features add advantages such as extra daily ignitions, a higher ignition multiplier, a larger rate gain from Boosts, and temporary rate multipliers. They do not change the rules of the free leaderboard, and they are not required to use URLClimb.
Payments, renewal and refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these purchases and handles billing, applicable taxes, invoices and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because these are digital services delivered immediately, refunds are granted at our discretion except where a refund is required by applicable law or by Dodo Payments policy. Please contact Dodo Payments or us before raising a chargeback. To cancel or request a refund, email support@urlclimb.online.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to take part in URLClimb Spotlight.
URLClimb Spotlight Advertising Terms
Free 7-day placement
URLClimb Spotlight is a free, fixed 7-day sponsored advertising placement earned by sharing URLClimb on social media. The 7-day term begins when the placement goes live, not when it is earned.
Review
Your Spotlight is reviewed by URLClimb before it goes live. URLClimb may reject or remove placements that violate these terms.
Prohibited content
We may reject or remove placements that contain prohibited, unsafe, misleading, adult, malware, scam, or illegal content.
No ranking effect
Spotlight does not affect leaderboard ranking, Momentum, Boost rewards, Shield, Streak, Cooldown, SEO ranking, backlinks, or any leaderboard advantage. Spotlight and the free leaderboard are completely independent.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, engagement, sales, SEO results, rankings, backlinks, or conversions from a Spotlight placement.
No interaction required
Users are never required to click, visit, or interact with sponsored content in order to continue using URLClimb. They may skip any Spotlight placement.
Removal
URLClimb may remove any Spotlight placement that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.
Free of charge
URLClimb Spotlight is provided free of charge. No fee, subscription, or payment is required to apply for or receive a placement.
How Spotlight is earned
A Spotlight is earned by sharing your unique URLClimb link on social media. Once a set number of unique visitors reach URLClimb through your link, the placement activates automatically, subject to review. URLClimb may also approve a placement manually.
Third-party websites
Sponsor websites are third-party websites. URLClimb does not control third-party website content. When you visit a third-party sponsor website, you are subject to that website's own Terms and Privacy Policy. URLClimb is not responsible for the conduct, content, or losses arising from third-party websites beyond what is required by applicable law.
Rejection
If a sponsored placement cannot be approved or delivered, URLClimb will, where appropriate, offer an alternative placement or another reasonable remedy in accordance with these Terms.
