Data we collect
URLClimb may process: an anonymous visitor ID, submitted URLs, website metadata, Spotlight application information (product/app/website name, website URL, description, logo, CTA, contact email), review status, campaign status, impressions, sponsor clicks, boost activity, and anonymous IP-based anti-cheat and technical/security logs where necessary. We do not require an account to submit or boost.
How we use data
Data is used to provide the leaderboard feature, prevent abuse, process Spotlight applications, manage sponsored placements, provide customer support, maintain security, perform basic analytics, and meet legal and compliance requirements.
Third-party links
Submitted URLs link to third-party websites. URLClimb cannot see what you do inside third-party websites.
Contact
Admin accounts store an email address for authentication and password reset.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet accounting obligations, and comply with applicable law.

You may contact URLClimb to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Contact: support@urlclimb.online.
Third-party services
URLClimb may use third-party services including hosting infrastructure and security or analytics providers where actually used. Each provider processes data according to its own terms and applicable law.
International use
URLClimb is intended for international users. Your information may be processed on servers or by providers located in countries other than your own, subject to applicable law and the provider's mechanisms.
Payments
If you buy a Membership or a Boost pack, your payment details (card number, billing address, tax identifiers) are collected and processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record — we never receive or store your full card number. We store only what is needed to deliver and support your purchase: the order reference, subscription identifier, plan, status, period end and the email used at checkout.
Security
URLClimb takes reasonable security measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee 100% security.
Spotlight Advertising Privacy
What we record
For each Spotlight placement we record impressions, clicks, and the application status. We also store the product name, URL, description, logo, CTA, and contact email provided by the sponsor. The contact email may be used for application review, campaign updates, customer support, and other service-related communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law or with appropriate consent.
No post-click tracking
URLClimb may record that a user clicked the optional Visit Website button. URLClimb does NOT track what a user does after entering a third-party sponsor website. We do not claim to track dwell time, purchases inside sponsor websites, form submissions, conversions, or browsing activity on sponsor sites.
No payment data
URLClimb Spotlight is free and does not collect payment or card data. We store only the application details, review status, impressions, and referral click counts needed to operate the placement.
