This Acceptable Use Policy describes what content and conduct are prohibited on URLClimb. It applies to all submitted URLs and to all Spotlight sponsored advertising placements. By submitting a URL or applying for Spotlight, you agree to these rules.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Phishing or credential theft
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Adult pornography or sexual content
- Illegal products or services
- Weapons, explosives, or violence
- Drugs and controlled substances
- Gambling or unlicensed lotteries
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Pyramid schemes and Ponzi schemes
- Fraudulent or misleading financial services
- Misleading or false advertising
- Intellectual property infringement (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Automated traffic manipulation, bots, or click farms
- Incentivized clicking schemes or paid boost manipulation
- Leaderboard manipulation or gaming the Momentum system
- Illegal, dangerous, or harmful services
- Any product or service prohibited by applicable law or by URLClimb
- Spam or unsolicited bulk promotion
- Impersonation of another person or brand
- Malicious redirects or drive-by downloads
- Fake engagement or artificial activity
- Incentivized sponsor visits or paid sponsor clicks
- Traffic exchange schemes or auto-surf networks
- Attempts to bypass cooldowns or rate limits
- Attempts to exploit or abuse the Boost mechanism
- Attempts to manipulate sponsor impressions or clicks
- Bots used to inflate activity, clicks, or impressions
Enforcement
URLClimb reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or disable any submission or Spotlight placement that violates this policy, at any time, without notice.
Reporting violations
To report prohibited content, use the Report feature on any site detail page or contact support@urlclimb.online.
Consequences
Violations may result in rejection, suspension, removal, or cancellation of Spotlight placements.
No exemption
Using URLClimb Spotlight does not grant any exemption from this policy. Sponsored placements are subject to the same rules as all other content.
